Randall Sickler

Randy is a past president and past managing member of the firm. In his approximate 35 years of practicing law, Randy has focused his practice on imaginative business planning and, when the unplanned occurs, is skilled in representing businesses in litigation and alternative resolution techniques. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate law and banking law, and business organizations. Randy also has a depth of experience in real estate development and sales, regularly appearing before zoning boards and county commissions.
He is a past president of the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association and the Southwest Judicial District Bar Association. He served on the Board of Governors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota, as a State Representative for the Defense Research Institute, and is a past president of the United Way of Dickinson.
Randy and his wife, Diane, keep busy by following the activities of their grandchildren. Randy and his family also enjoy taking in many of the outdoor activities available in western North Dakota, including spending time in Medora and at their lake cabin.
