Jacklyn Kinto
Jacklyn Kinto is the Office Administrator at Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers . With years of experience serving families in Dickinson and the surrounding communities, Jacklyn brings a proactive, dependable approach to her role and helps keep the office running smoothly each day.
Outside of work, Jacklyn enjoys cheering on her children at their sporting events, spending time outdoors, and traveling anywhere near a beach.
Cora Seiler
Cora Seiler works as a legal assistant and has assisted lawyers since 1996. She works most closely with Attorney Shea Miller. As busy as she is with her legal assistant duties, Cora also enjoys serving as the Firm’s receptionist. Cora is an asset to the lawyers she works with and the Firm as an ambassador.
Outside of work, Cora and her husband, Tim, are the proud parents of two adult sons and daughters-in-law, along with three grandsons and one granddaughter.
Nancy Stoltz
Nancy Stoltz has been employed in the legal field for over 30 years and works closely with Attorneys Courtney Presthus and Allisha Vogel, providing valuable assistance in all areas of practice. Nancy holds an Associate Degree in Legal Secretary from Dickinson State University.
Nancy and husband, Chad, have three adult children, two daughters and a son. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with family, reading and walking.
Dori Messer
Dori Messer currently lends her talents to the Firm’s office administration and billing department. Dori Attended Williston State College and received an Associate of Science Degree, then returned to education in 1991 and earned her paralegal degree from Interstate Business College in Bismarck, North Dakota in 1993.
Dori and her husband, Greg, live south of Richardton where Greg farms and ranches. Together they have four adult children and an extended family of three daughters-in law and eight grandchildren. During her time away from work, Dori enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and any activity that takes her outdoors
Kenzie Peterson
Kenzie Peterson is the newest addition to our support team. She is a trained paralegal and previously interned at Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers prior to joining us full time. Kenzie works closely with Attorney Marissa Cerkoney but lends her paralegal skills to all of our attorneys. Kenzie grew up in Missouri and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling when she has the time, and taking her dog on walks.
