Shea Miller

At Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Shea concentrates her practice within the firm’s Business Solutions Team, where she focuses her practice on corporate and employment law. She advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of legal issues, offering practical, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Shea’s experience spans both transactional work and litigation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on risk management and the value of sound legal planning. As outside general counsel to many of her clients, she provides strategic and cost-effective advice on matters including business formation, partnership and shareholder agreements, asset and stock purchases, vendor and customer contracts, commercial leases, intellectual property protection, employment law, and succession planning.

Prior to joining Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers, Shea served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Charles S. Miller of the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. Shea incorporates the practical wisdom, insight, and procedural knowledge she gained as a judicial clerk to assist her clients in strategically and effectively navigating the legal process.

Shea values any opportunity to give back to her community and is committed to volunteering her time to organizations and causes she is most passionate about. Shea currently serves on the Board of Directors of ABLE, Inc., which supports nearly 100 people with intellectual disabilities and employs approximately 200 support staff.

Outside of work, Shea enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and discovering new restaurants wherever she goes.
