Marissa Cerkoney

Marissa is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, probates, and guardianships, as well as real estate and business law. She works closely with clients to understand their unique goals and provides practical, personalized solutions, whether it’s protecting family assets, guiding loved ones through the probate process, structuring a business, or navigating real estate transactions. She also brings specialized expertise as a Certified Farm Succession Coordinator, assisting farm and ranch families with transition planning to preserve both their operations and legacies for future generations.

Marissa earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2018, after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at UND. She joined Ebeltoft . Sickler. Lawyers in 2019 and has been a valuable addition to the team ever since. Throughout the years, her expertise, positivity, and ability to build strong relationships with her clients has gained her recognition in our community, as well as amongst other attorneys and individuals from all over the United States.

Born and raised in Dickinson, Marissa is proud to serve the hometown where she grew up. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking and mountain climbing, making charcuterie boards, recreational reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Zach, and their dog, Foxy.
