Allisha Vogel

Allisha has a passion for helping others, which she channels into a diverse legal practice encompassing civil litigation, real estate transactions, business matters, estate planning and adoptions. Whether advocating for clients in the courtroom, guiding them through complex real estate deals, or helping families navigate the adoption process, Allisha’s client-centered approach ensures personalized and effective legal solutions. Outside of the office, Allisha has a deep sense of community. She currently serves as Secretary for the Stark County Fair Association.

Allisha graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota, in the fall of 2021. During her time at UND, Allisha was selected to compete on the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team and was a North Dakota Law Review member. Additionally, Allisha and her teammate were named the Champion Team during the 2020 UND Internal Moot Court Competition. Allisha went on to hold the position of Co-Director of Internals on the UND Moot Court Board during her third year of law school. Upon graduation, Allisha was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. The Order of Barristers is a prestigious, national honorary organization awarded to eight graduating students demonstrating superior advocacy and brief writing skills.

Prior to her time in law school, Allisha attended college at Dickinson State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business and a minor in Leadership Studies. Allisha was the recipient of the Boyd Binde Outstanding Senior in Accounting Award and was awarded a Sigma Beta Delta Fellowship. While a member of the DSU community, Allisha competed on the DSU Rodeo Team, was a student senator, a member of DSU Collegiate Farm Bureau, Chapter President of DSU Phi Beta Lambda, State Vice-President of Operations of North Dakota Phi Beta Lambda, and was a member of DSU’s prestigious Theodore Roosevelt Honors Leadership Program. Allisha served as Commencement Speaker and was named Outstanding Graduate Spring of 2019.

Allisha was born and raised in Dickinson, North Dakota. Allisha has been riding horse for as long as she can remember and has competed in rodeos since third grade. She currently competes in barrel racing. When Allisha is not riding horse or rodeoing, Allisha enjoys outdoor activities, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family and friends. Allisha is married to her best friend, Briar Vogel. Allisha and Briar have two beautiful daughters together.
