Jennifer Grosz is a 2005 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law. Jen focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Business Solutions, Personal Planning, Real Estate and Mineral and Environmental. Jen has a particular interest in working with businesses, from creation, day to day matters from contracts to Human Resources issues, through succession planning. She strives to give businesses usable and sustainable ideas to meet the challenges of the environment in which they operate. Jen also enjoys working with individuals in the area of estate and personal planning, bringing her energy and innovative ideas to each client's unique planning situations. Jen’s legal skills have been recognized by Prairie Business Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40, where she was featured as a top professional in the region and by Super Lawyers where she was named a 2015,2016 and 2020 Great Plains Rising Star.

Jen also enjoys serving on the board of non-profit entities and various committees and boards in the legal profession. Notably, Jen was appointed by the North Dakota Supreme Court to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court in 2019. Jen's volunteerism has been recognized by the Board of Governors of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, who awarded her with the Community Service Award in 2013.

Jen resides in Dickinson with her husband, Nate, and their dogs. In her spare time, Jen enjoys traveling to new and exciting places, reading and challenging herself physically through obstacle races and long distance running.
