“I have retained Jen Grosz as both my corporate and personal attorney. I have also had dealings with Paul Ebeltoft. They are both very knowledgeable, trustworthy and compassionate. Having to work with attorneys is usually during a "painful" experience, and they make it easier, if at all possible. I feel very confident knowing Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers are there when I need them.”

Lawyer Olson attends Trial Academy

Lawyer Courtney Olson recently returned from the Stanford University School of Law where she attended the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Trial Academy.

The IADC Trial Academy is one of the oldest and most well respected programs for developing trial advocacy skills. Trial Academy consists of a week-long intensive program that blends faculty instruction and demonstration with student participation and mock-trial presentations. The faculty consists of the nation’s leading trial lawyers selected from different regions of the country. The faculty utilizes proven methods of instruction for a full learning experience. Faculty demonstrations expose participants to different approaches and ideas in solving common trial problems and add dimension to the program. Each student then conducts opening statements, direct and cross examination of various lay and expert witnesses, and closing statements.
